my story
Founded by myself, Naomi Suguitan, a veteran in the nonprofit sector, Virtual Changemakers was born out of a desire to help mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs navigate operational complexities with ease.
As a Certified OBM through the International Association of Online Business Managers, I am the jack of all trades that you often find within the nonprofit sector, and over the last ten years, I have harnessed skills from my work in programming to marketing to development to team management. I am here to help nonprofits and social impact businesses scale in a virtual space.

I sought freedom and out-of-the-box tasks while pursuing my passion for providing impactful service. That brought me to becoming a virtual assistant and designer and now an OBM.
I have three littles under 10; need I say more? LOL. When I get a minute to myself, I enjoy watching K-dramas, building Legos, and dreaming of the day I can return to Disneyland (yes, I am a Disney adult).
They’re canceled and gone…but I LOVE Supernatural and Ghost Whisperer. I’m also currently binge-watching Deadliest Catch.

I’m primarily a Type 7: The Enthusiast. While working together, you’ll quickly find that I’m enthusiastic and optimistic. As a 7, I’m good at tackling any project, and I can turn my hand to anything. I enjoy brainstorming and imagining with you. We’re a great fit if you like to pursue new ideas, you’re friendly and democratic, and you’re adventurous with your business or organization.
I’m a turbulent adventurer as an ISFP-T. Meaning that I’m introverted, observant, feeling, prospecting, and turbulent. Dive deep into my personality type.
I am an Analyst! I’m on a quest for harmonious relationships by using a synergy style and a strength in diplomacy. I have a natural ability to promote harmony among others.
I’m a creative problem solver and can often find alternative solutions and approaches others fail to see. I have little difficulty understanding complex concepts, and this further assists me when tough answers are needed from me.
I have a sincere desire to help others develop, and I can be a persuasive leader that is committed to what you believe in. Yet, my reserved nature may keep me “behind the scenes” of leadership, and you may be considered the “silent hero” by those in authority over you. (perfect trait for an OBM!)
